With a suite of petrol station kiosks at Morrisons sites in need of an overhaul, Motor Fuel Group instructed Ashleigh to complete a huge rebrand initiative across the UK. The aim of the game was to breathe new life into tired forecourt kiosks, with the ‘Morrisons Daily’ concept introduced roadside via updated signage, rolled out over 112 stores.

With consideration for meticulous detail running throughout this project, including the thickness of internal letters and perfect continuity of vinyl finishes from site to site, a fine-tooth comb was required to ensure we met our client’s expectations. Specific imagery and materials were also stipulated by MF Group, so it was up to Ashleigh to deliver wow from artwork through to install – and boy, did we!

Our work at Bedford’s Ampthill Road site, for one, included a bespoke fascia with built up lettering and a range of window graphics externally, creating an eye-catching appearance from the forecourt. Internals comprised a fully-wrapped bulkhead with individually cut letters and category headers, with more detailed vinyl around the store, applied to fridge doors and ends to encourage interaction in these areas.

Despite a tight schedule, we’re proud to say we’re thrilled with the results of our team’s work. Thanks to their extensive experience in both forecourt signage and supermarket signage, the Ampthill Road site was completed to exacting standards by Ashleigh – but it won’t be the last. Project requirements mean an ongoing stream of five stores each week through until October 2024, keeping the Ashleigh and Motor Fuel Group partnership running for the foreseeable.
