Together with its own upscale restaurant, the Pickled Sprout, the Yorkshire Hotel in Harrogate sought classic, high-end signage to compliment its boutique offering.
From the get-go, we needed to be understanding of the interior designers’ scheme, as well as sentimental to the building’s history, alongside planning restrictions and requirements. We opted for a palette dominated by warm metallic finishes; from external brass plaques through to internal individual letters for wayfinding, as well as a distinctive canopy feature to the hotel frontage, our installations exuded a premium feel throughout.
The listed building in the town centre location made the site tricky to design for as well as navigate, but our experience – coupled with tasteful consideration – meant we knew that our delivery would hit the mark.
Following on from the success of our work with the Yorkshire Hotel, we were also invited to work on Clementines Townhouse in York.
